At ZK Cedar Roof Coatings, our goal is to provide a positive experience and look forward to having you as one of our satisfied customers.
When you contact us, we’ll set up a time to evaluate your cedar roof. We just need your permission to allow us to access your property. After that, we’ll send you an estimate for cleaning and treating your roof with any other recommendations we observed.
We recommend you read as much information as you can from our site to educate yourself about your cedar roof in order to make a sound decision about moving forward.
Our Process
Once you have accepted our estimate, we’ll choose the next available date on our calendar to begin the wash process. However, if you have a hard deadline for when you need your cedar roof cleaned, please let us know.
Depending on the size of your roof, the cleaning process will most likely take one day to complete. We’ll make sure that you are aware of any shingles that need replacement or any other issues.
Once the roof has been washed, next comes the treatment phase. Oil is applied only when your roof is adequately dry. Typically, we need at least two to three days of dry weather before we can return and complete the process. On our second visit, we’ll hand apply the preservative that will give your roof the proper protection necessary to extend its life,
Within five to seven business days after the process is completed, you’ll receive via e-mail or mail a Cedar Roof Restoration Certificate that you can file with your home records indicating its maintenance information.
